ClamAV, one of the antivirus programs deployed on the Hurtdidit servers, has been upgraded to version 0.95 today.  This update includes a few performance enhancements.

No changes are needed client-side;  all clients are updated automatically.

The datacenter where Hurtdidit's webhosting servers are located is planning a routine maintenance.  This maintenance will result in a brief window of connectivity interruption.

MailScanner, the multifunction antispam and antivirus deployed on the Hurtdidit servers, has been upgraded today to version 4.74.16 .

The update includes a variety of minor improvements, particularly in closing potential security holes.

MailScanner, the multifunction antispam and antivirus deployed on the Hurtdidit servers, has been upgraded today.  Current antivirus is presently ClamAV v0.94.1

The update includes a new malware tracking feature.

The update includes minor tweaks to the processing efficiency of the antispam system.

[UPDATE: 2:58PM MT]  I am all but certain that we have now fixed this issue, and all should be working like normal once again.  If you find otherwise, please submit a support ticket and we will investigate.

[UPDATE: 1:05PM MT]  I spoke too soon; looks like we are still experiencing some lingering issues.  We are working on it and will update when progress has been made.

[UPDATE: 9:45AM MT] We believe we have found the ghost in the machine, and we are working to chase it out.  Normal service should resume momentarily.

[9:30AM MT] Hurtdidit's web- and mail-servers are experiencing higher-than-average loads, resulting in service slowdown for email and some web services.

Our technicians are investigating to find the cause.

ClamAV, the antivirus we provide for all email accounts hosted with Hurtdidit, has been upgraded to v0.94 today. 

The update includes many scanning improvements and new anti-phishing rules.

We have also upgraded MailScanner to better integrate with this new antivirus version.

No action is required on the part of clients.
