One of the easiest ways to increase productivity is to use email filters (called "Message Rules" in MS Mail, Outlook, and Outlook Express). Filters allow you to sort incoming email into sub-folders, allowing your inbox to remain nice and tidy.

One of our favorite filters is to sort suspected spam into a folder to be reviewed later.  We've created a video tutorial to show you how this is done in MS Mail (the procedure is similar in Outlook and Outlook Express).

In Build And Go, you have the option of creating Articles or Web Pages.

Articles are ideal for your organization's latest news or for blog-style content which may be added frequently.  The most recent articles can be automatically added to your site's home page (such as we do on Hurtdidit.com) and articles will be automatically archived under their respective categories.

Web Pages are the best choice for more "static" content that do not necessarily change often, such as pages for About Us or Contact Us.
